My problem was unusual in that the Exp. format could not be read by my Bernina. Alida, did her homework & found another format that my machine would read. She is still going to get back to me, to let me know, if the Bernina Co. has any imput on why we had this problem.
She was quick to respond & has been a pleasure to work with. Plan to purchase more from her in the future.
