All designs are manually digitized and tested.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE DESIGN SIZE IS SUITABLE FOR YOUR EMBROIDERY MACHINE.
You will receive digital computer file only for use with embroidery machines – this listing is not for a finished item, and you will need an embroidery machine and the necessary software to transfer the file to your embroidery machine to use this item.
Never resize, mirror, or alter the original embroidery file as it can compromise the integrity of the design. Contact me if you need to make a change.
Do not open the file in another embroidery software program and transfer from there to your embroidery machine. The correct method is to download the file to a specific destination folder, unzip, then drop the correct format of the design directly to the USB stick that transfer to your machine. Always make a hard copy backup of your purchase.
Always stitch a test design. Results of embroidery designs can vary a lot on different materials. Use tearaway or cut away that suits the material you are going to embroider on and hoop correctly. Always use the smallest hoop that fit the design. The colours used is only a guideline and you can substitute it with your own selection.
The supported Formats includes: DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VIP, VP3
You can request a different Format, however there are some formats my software does not support, therefore not available.
Due to the nature of electronic material, no refunds will be made. If you do experience a problem with the files, you can request for it to be send again or in a different format. No other exchanges will be made.
