Terms of use for designs by Allstitch
All designs, images and documents are copyrighted and belongs to Allstitch.
The use of the designs is limited to the original purchaser for embroidery use at one location
only.
Designs or any files and documents may not be altered, copied, resold, distributed or shared in any
manner.
If to be used in a class, every participant must buy his/her own set of designs from Allstitch.
Designs can be used on any item for personal use and for items (up to 25) for sale – should
you want to use it on more than 25 items, please contact me for a special use license.
Because of the nature of electronic material, no refunds will be made. If you do experience a
problem with the files, you can request for it to be send again or in a different format. No other
exchanges will be made.
Please do not resize or alter the designs in any matter to ensure stitch quality.
Designs should not be re-sized on sewing machines or re-sizing software. Special stitch
patterns will be distorted when rotated or mirrored.
PLEASE NOTE: We Stand Behind The Quality Of Our Designs. However, If Any Alterations
Are Made To The Designs (Enlarging And Reducing In Size, Mirroring, Combining, Splitting,
Etc.) We Do Not Accept Responsibility For The Quality Of The Altered Designs. If You Need
Alterations, Email Us And We Will Do Our Best To Assist You.
These designs have been manually digitized, tested and reviewed to ensure top quality. It is recommended to test
stitch the designs, or portions of it, before stitching it onto your final item, as results may vary depending on fabric and stabilizer
combination.
