To make your buying experience as seamless as possible, here are the steps you need to take:
- Create an account HERE
- Use can use this link whenever you log in again, or use the ‘My Account’ link on the main menu.
- Use the ‘Search Product’ box at the top for product searches.
- Use the ‘Select Category’ box to search by category.
- The ‘Shop Now‘ link will take you to the shop.
- Click on the product image for more information on the product.
- Select your currency: US Dollar/Euro/South African Rand from the options.
- Click the ‘Add to basket’ link to add the product to your basket.
- A pane will slide in from the right.
- Select ‘Cart‘ to view your purchases.
- Select coupon and type in the coupon name.
- Select ‘Checkout‘ once you have completed your purchases.
- Click ‘Place order’ to complete the transaction.
- You can choose between payment options – PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer.
- PayPal payments: you will be redirected to PayPal to log into your PayPal account and do the payment on the PayPal website. You can also use the PayPal platform as a guest to pay with your credit card. After payment is confirmed, you will be taken back to the Allstitch website where you can download your designs.
- Direct Bank Transfer: Bank Account details are provided for EFT payments. No cash payments are accepted, only electronic transfer of funds. Once payment has been received, you will be emailed a link from which you can download your design/s plus instructions.
- Due to the nature of the products for sale (i.e. Downloadable Digital Files), no refunds will be made. Please make sure that you order the correct size and format for your embroidery machine.
